Film Commission positions Bahamas-bound projects

The Bahamas Film Commission gathered several players in the entertainment business in Los Angeles recently in a networking reception designed to draw more films, television productions and commercial shoots to the Bahamas.  Groups of people informally discussed various projects and possible partnerships.  The gathering took place at the home of Myles and Jodie Pritchard, Bahamians who have lived in Los Angeles since 1996.  Guests included Bahamian actor Ron Butler (Rain, True Jackson, Dirty Sexy Money), director of photography Martin Linss (Notorious) and Paramount producer Sara Spring (The Bodyguard, Other People’s Money).
