Armed Robbery on Campus of The College of The Bahamas

Police are questioning a 21 year old male of Hillside Park, Nassau Village in connection with an armed robbery that reportedly occurred at the campus of the College of the Bahamas, Oakes Field.

According to police reports around 7:30 pm on Tuesday 15th November, 2011 a male while on the campus at COB was approached by four (4) men one of whom was allegedly armed with a handgun.

It is reported that the culprits robbed the man of his lap top and fled the area.

A short time later police arrested the suspect at Carter Street, Oakes Field. Active police investigations continue.

Psh, like this is anything new! Makes one wonder what the security guards at the gates of entry where doing at the time. Or worse yet, if they had a hand in the matter.
