Superintendent of Police in Eleuthera, Cunningham, and Inspector Lucas Armbrister Promoted.

(Eleuthera, Bahamas) - Superintendent Theophilus Cunningham, Officer in Charge of Police in Eleuthera, has been promoted to Officer in Charge of the Central Bahamas District, encompassing the islands of Eleuthera, Andros & the Berry Islands. The promotion came into effect on Monday January 25th, 2010.  Eleuthera, where Superintendent Cunningham is based, will serve as the headquarters for this Central Bahamas District.  Cunningham has said that he is planning a visit to both Andros and the Berry Islands for the very near future.

Also receiving a significant promotion was Inspector Lucas Armbrister who as of Monday is now an Assistant Superintendent on the island of Eleuthera.

Congrats to Ambrister and Cunningham, they deserve these promotions. Ambrister because he has been doing the job of an ASP for a very long time as an Inspector and Mr. Cunningham because he has sacrificed to educate himself on weekends and evenings to get his degree.
