Public Works and Transport Minister Neko Grant and a team of Ministry officials inspected road works in the Current, Eleuthera during a visit on Thursday, May 28, 2009. Minister Grant said the inspection was done to ensure that the Government is receiving “quality work for expenditure.” He said the Ministry has some “concerns” regarding the road paving in that settlement and in Harbour Island and promised that “immediate” steps will be taken to have them corrected.
