NASSAU, Bahamas -- Commander Stephen Russell, Director of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), accepted a cheque for $4,333 from the six townships, district council and people of Central Eleuthera for the Hurricane Ike relief efforts for Inagua residents.
