The Foundation is currently being laid for Lutra Pure Drinking Water & Ice as Proprietor, Mr. Stephen Cancino sets about reconstruction following the devastating fire that took place earlier this year. The Fire, which according to police remains under investigation, completely destroyed the single storey 60' x 35' stone structure housing the business and its contents, resulting in losses of more than $250,000.00. "We had insurances which assisted us, but had to inject at least another $150,000.00 into the business", said Mr. Cancino.

Mr. Cancino discussed his plans for an improved service and optimism about the future of the business in conversation with us this month.
